With this new web site we will show you the importance of the conservation of buildings in general and how to obtain its competent realization. The conservation of buildings consists of a lot of different steps, which we explain, in detail in the following text.
For nine years we have been working with great success in the section of building conservation. We have done a high number of works on this island, and we also realized building conservation on majorquian hotel groups on the Canary Islands. For years we have been specialized in the section of ascending humidity and humidity in general.
In cases of ascending humidity we create a horizontal barrier with high pression. Working with injections we use the technology of a German well known company, which is specialized in reforming buildings. This company reformed a lot of buildings all over the world.
Because of numerous suggestions and big demand of our customers we decided to amplify our services. Now we also do injections with gel to repair chinks. The last one is used in cases of ascending humidity and humidity detected in places with difficult access.
The movements of the humidity are detailed analysed by the GANN method.
We also sell products of conservation and special colours for façades on request for particular self-doers.
In Germany you often find pavement of marble and quartz in private and comercial areas.
Except of selling and working we also have a special do-it-yourself-packet. The customer chooses colour and thickness of the natural stone and gets the instruction book.
Of course we also explain the treatment of the underground of the pavement and the works of reparation.
